*Responsibilities:*
- Manage all aspects of the apartment community, including leasing, collections, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Oversee the leasing process, including marketing and advertising vacant units, conducting tours, and processing applications.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to property management, fair housing, and tenant rights.
- Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure the property is well-maintained and in good condition.
- Conduct regular inspections of units and common areas to identify any issues or necessary repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities, resident interactions, and maintenance requests.
*Requirements:*
- Previous experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to effectively communicate with residents, vendors, and team members.
- Knowledge of property leasing procedures and best practices.
- Familiarity with office software programs such as Libre Office Realpage and data entry systems.
- Understanding of relevant laws and regulations governing property management, including fair housing laws.
- Conflict management skills to handle difficult situations or disputes between residents or staff members.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently with minimal supervision.
