Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team.
The Leasing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing process, from attracting potential tenants to negotiating lease agreements.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing, excellent customer relationship management skills, and a thorough understanding of Fair Housing regulations.
Duties: - Conduct market research to identify potential tenants and develop effective marketing strategies - Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants and schedule property tours - Showcase rental units to prospective tenants and provide detailed information about the property - Screen potential tenants by conducting background checks, verifying income, and checking rental references - Negotiate lease terms and conditions with prospective tenants - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately - Collect rental payments and security deposits from tenants - Address tenant concerns or maintenance requests in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of leasing activities using property management software (e.
