Summary:
This position will be half in the office and half in the field retrieving unreturned equipment.
This position is responsible for contacting customers to arrange payment of past due account balances to reduce non-pay disconnect churn and retrieve outstanding unreturned Vexus equipment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to those listed below:
Contacts assigned customers on outbound calls to arrange payment of past due account balances.
Follows credit & collections processes and procedures and negotiates payment terms within policies.
Refers special credit arrangements, escalations, and high-level problematic accounts to Manager for resolution.
Coordinates with other departments on credit, collections and customer issues as needed.
Work to Retrieve Vexus customer premise equipment that is outstanding.
Collect payments on delinquent accounts.
Submit reports to summarize results of calls, collections, payments received.
Performs all other duties as assigned by manager.

Education/Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
One to two years of related experience in credit and collections (preferred)
