Job Description:
The successful candidate has excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of accounting principles and processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversees the preparation of all necessary financial statements, and ensure that all financial reporting is accurate and timely
Reconciles bank accounts
Runs general ledger detail reports to review cash in bank accounts.
Monitor the accuracy of daily cash reports, financial data and ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded
Preparation of payroll on QuickBooks
Analyzes financial data for patterns, trends, and anomalies, and recommend corrective action as necessary
Oversee financial operations including AP/AR, payroll and cash flow management
Assists with annual reports, reviews revenue and expenditure accounts, as needed.
Provides financial guidance and support to department heads, and ensure that all financial decisions are in alignment with the organization’s strategic goals
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
Proven experience to manage multi-company accounting
Advanced knowledge of Excel
This position requires QuickBooks Online knowledge, a minimum of 1 year of experience working within QuickBooks Online
Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, strong analyzing skills
Fast learner

Physical Requirements:
This is an office position, which requires the use of a PC.
