Job Description.
A Community Manager at Creative Arts Studio oversees all components of site location, building management, equipment and alongside the Creative Coordinator manages personnel to ensure that a workspace is safe and functional.
Their duties include customer relationships, overseeing the administrative side of the school and coordinating classes and staff.
Responsibilities:
● Manages Customer Contracts with the Growth Director.
● Closing Sales after tryouts, and working with the Growth Director.
● Monthly Invoices.
● General Paperwork: Student Attendance, Teacher Attendance.
● Building Organization (Studio Walk through).
● Location Purchases Request.
● Update and manage parents whatsapp groups.
● Visible Updates (Signs, Calendars, announcements).
● Students Updates in Square.
● Cash receipts.
● Customer confirmation calls.
● Followup Budget for location.
● Location: daily cash register.
● Participate in a semester pre-sale campaign, coordinated by the Growth Director.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $8.
00 - $11.
00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 8 per week
