_```Duties``` - Provide compassionate and quality care to patients in a hospice setting - Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician - Monitor and evaluate patient's condition and report any changes to the healthcare team - Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic care for patients - Educate patients and their families on disease management, symptom control, and end-of-life care options - Assist with pain management and provide emotional support to patients and their families - Coordinate discharge planning and facilitate smooth transitions for patients ```Experience``` - Minimum of [number] years of experience as a registered nurse in a healthcare setting - Proficient in using electronic medical record systems - Knowledge of medical imaging procedures and interpretation - Familiarity with aseptic technique and infection control practices - Understanding of ICD-9 coding system for accurate documentation and billing purposes - Experience in pain management techniques and palliative care - Ability to develop comprehensive discharge plans for patients - Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and disease processes - Competency in catheterization procedures (if applicable) - Knowledge of ophthalmology principles (if applicable) - Experience in primary care or related field (if applicable) Note: The specific requirements may vary depending on the organization's needs.
