Lead Toddler Teacher

Office phone: 956-627-1450 Hours: Flexible hours from 6:30 am to 7:30 pm (full time position hours may vary depending on the demand of the day) *\*\*Responsibilities\*\** *- \*Texas School Ready Program\*:* Lead the implementation and compliance of the Texas School Ready program to ensure optimal early childhood education outcomes.
*-\* Meeting the needs of each child\*:* Provide individualized care and attention to meet the unique developmental needs of each toddler in the classroom.
*-\*Lesson Planning\*:* Develop and execute age-appropiate lesson plans and activities to support learning and growth.
*-\*Organizing classroom\*:* Maintain a well-organized stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration.
*-\*Caring and loving\*: *Demonstrate care, patience and affection towards toddlers, fostering a nurturing and supportive atmosphere.
*-\*Background check\*: *Must undergo a background check and fingerprinting to ensure a clean and clear record.
*-\*Education requirements\*: *GED or high school diploma required.
*-\*Bilingual skills\*:* English and Spanish speaking proficiency preferred to facilitate communication with both children and parents.
*-\*Other duties\*:* Willingness to assist with other duties as needed to support the smooth operation of the day care.
