We are a fast growing, results oriented company operating Tropical Smoothie Cafe locations throughout South and Central Texas.
Our Tropical Smoothie Café family is growing and we're looking for Regional Managers to join our team and drive success.

The Area Director or Regional Manager will provide leadership to their assigned stores and manage their daily operations, sales and profitability.
The Regional Manager is responsible for meeting the established budget and KPIs for their territory.
*Responsibilities: *
* Responsible for leading their locations and motivating their management team to meet and exceed established KPIs and ensure operational and franchise brand standard excellence
* Motivated and driven individual who understands how to achieve results through motivation.
* Maximizes sales & profit goals versus budget and prior year, including the execution of sales plans, and ongoing review of assigned store budgets.
Monitors food costs, labor costs and direct operating costs.
Utilizes profit/loss statements to track results and implement corrective action as necessary for enhanced results
* Plan, monitor, and analyze key metrics for the day-to-day performance of the operations to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
* Projects a positive image of the organization to employees, customers, industry, and community
* Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems
* Ensures all food safety procedures are executed according to company policies and health/sanitation regulations; takes corrective actions as appropriate.
* Organize and execute new store openings
* Performs other job related duties as may be assigned or required
*Requirements:*
* Demonstrated outstanding leadership skills (Required)
* 2 years minimum leadership experience as a District/ Regional Manager or above (Required), in a restaurant or franchise environment
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (Preferred)
* Bilingual in English and Spanish (Preferred)
* Goal Driven and sales oriented management style
* Proven ability to build high performing teams and develop unit managers
* Strong ability to lead their team to exceed brand standards, maintain operational procedures, and deliver customer service excellence
* Excellent communication skills
* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
