Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations.
As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and managing a team of dedicated staff members.

Duties:
- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Manage inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
- Create and maintain employee schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
- Train and mentor staff members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure consistency and customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen management team to develop new menu items or improve existing ones
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in the food service industry
- Strong knowledge of bartending, food preparation, inventory control, and shift management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving financial targets and driving business growth
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
