Job Description
As a Branch Manager at Fair Trade Outsourcing, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our branch's operations.
This position requires a dynamic and strategic leader with strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with company policies, and fostering a positive work environment within the branch.
Your objective is to lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage all aspects of branch operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflow and enhance operational performance.
Lead and manage a team of administrative staff, providing guidance and support.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
Implement and enforce standardized operational procedures within the branch.
Collaborate with the Country Manager to develop and manage the branch budget.
Monitor expenditures and ensure financial goals are met.
Serve as a point of contact for clients and stakeholders in the branch's operational matters.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and local partners.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess branch performance.
Implement corrective measures to address performance gaps.
Oversee the maintenance and security of the branch facility.
Coordinate with relevant departments to address any facility-related issues.
Flexible with work schedule on 24/7 basis, be able to travel.
Requirements and Skills:
3 – 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in branch or operations management.
Strong understanding of administrative processes, compliance, and budget management.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Results-oriented with a focus on achieving operational goals.
Proactivity and diligent attention to various responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring operational efficiency and the team's ongoing success.
Knowledge of the outsourcing industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
