Job Summary:
This is a fabulous opportunity for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Practice Manager/Director of Operations to oversee the operations of six pain management clinics across Texas.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day clinic operations, implementing operational improvements, and ensuring the clinics run efficiently and effectively.
A keen focus on data analysis and performance metrics will be essential to drive continuous improvement and optimize patient care.
Key responsibilities:
Operational Leadership: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the clinic staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
Operational Improvements: Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and implement process improvements to optimize clinic performance, patient flow, and overall efficiency.
Data Analysis: Analyze clinic data, including patient outcomes, financial metrics, and operational KPIs, to drive informed decision-making and enhance clinic performance.
Resource Management: Manage staffing levels, schedules, and resources to ensure efficient clinic operations and meet patient demand.
Financial Management: Oversee financial aspects of clinic operations, including budgeting, revenue cycle management, and expense control.
Compliance: Ensure all clinic operations adhere to federal and state healthcare regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA guidelines.
Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor clinic staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
Patient Experience: Maintain a patient-centric focus, continuously improving the patient experience and satisfaction.
Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of necessary supplies and equipment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Minimum of 5 years of healthcare management experience, with a focus on pain management or related specialties.
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – Spanish speaker would be preferred.
Proven ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems and healthcare software.
Location : This position is based in McAllen, TX, and the Manager is required to be in this office from 8am-5pm daily, unless assigned to another office for rotation
Package : $75,000 plus bonus based on team performance (OTE $90-$100k).
Health Insurance and eligibility for profit sharing after 1 year of service.
