*Job Responsibilities*
* Lead your team in by embodying "Tropitude" and delivering unparalleled service to every customer
* Ensures timely posting of sales promotion, menu board signs and posters to drive in-store sales.
* Creates an in store service environment that exceeds guest expectations with regard to friendly, quick and accurate service.
Builds team understanding and commitment to guest service standards.
* Manages, Trains and Directs the Restaurant Team
* Recruits, interviews and hires team members in accordance with Tropical’s selection and interview process.
* Delivers Exceptional Brand Standards, Cleanliness and Safety
* Ensures that all internal and external restaurant areas comply with standard safety and security practices and are maintained.
* Identifies team members with the potential to become shift leaders and assistant restaurant general managers and actively develops their knowledge and skills.
* Regularly reviews critical operating reports (labor, food cost, etc) as required (daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly) determining necessary actions that support achieving budgets.
* Monitors and ensures adequate inventory on hand to meet guest demand.
* Ensures that product is properly stored and that food handling safety guidelines are followed.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 1 year of experience in QSR, Lead or Management role
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* Proficient in budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
Pay: Up to $41,000.
