*Assistant Branch Manager Responsibilities:*
* Develop customer relationships to build new business and maintain store profitability
* Work closely with team members to obtain branch goals successfully
* Review customer loan applications online, over the phone, or in person.
* Maintain policy and procedure compliance.
* Work with customers to review credit and loan eligibility.
* Assist in running the store's day-to-day operations without the Store Manager.
* Oversee account management and recovery processes while focusing on customer service to prevent loss and charge-off accounts, including collection calls
* Interact with customers in a positive, energetic, and respectful manner
* Educate customers on all product offerings through the cycle of their financial transactions, including our tax services.
