Human Resources/Payroll Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Human Resources/Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes as well as all payroll duties.
The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in HR procedures and have outstanding people skills.
The HR Manager will lead the HR department to ensure the implementation of best practices in recruitment, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance with employment labor laws.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy - Oversee employee performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback - Administer benefits programs and ensure compliance with legal requirements - Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Lead the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives - Maintain knowledge of industry trends and employment legislation to ensure compliance -Prepare weekly, semi-monthly and monthly payrolls Experience: - Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role - In-depth knowledge of HR functions such as compensation and benefits, training, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations - Familiarity with ADP Payroll and CDK accounting experience a plus - Strong understanding of employment labor laws and regulations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels - This position offers a competitive salary commensurate with experience.
