Duties - Manage and maintain office operations, including but not limited to: calendar management, - Ensuring a professional and welcoming atmosphere at the front desk.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with customer sales and customer scheduling Qualifications - Proven experience as an office manager or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
