```Responsibilities```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the community, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations.
- Ensure that all community policies and procedures are followed by staff and residents.
- Handle resident inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to property standards.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs with vendors and contractors.
- Manage the leasing process, including conducting tours, screening applicants, and preparing lease agreements.
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new residents and retain existing ones.
- Collect rent payments and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Enforce lease terms and handle evictions if necessary.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competition, and industry regulations.
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Community Manager or similar role in property management.
- Knowledge of property maintenance and repair processes.
- Familiarity with real estate administrative tasks such as lease agreements and rent collection.
- Proficiency in using property management software such as Rent Manager.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations and resolve conflicts.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and other applicable laws.
- Bilingual - Able to write and speak in English and Spanish.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
