Warehouse Operations Supervisor

* Plan and assign schedules/shifts to ensure that the needs of the department are met.
* Plan the activities of the team (Warehouse & Repack) * Verify that the activities in the warehouse are carried out correctly during customer service hours (AM & PM shifts, both) * Update Control and Productivity Dashboard * Attend daily operations meeting with the required information * Follow-up on activities planned by Planner and adjust if necessary * Support communications with Customers to provide required information quickly and effectively.
* Supervise and solve, together with team, any situation that puts planned objectives at risk * Take care and maximize the good use and care of company resources and equipment * Verify that all services being carried out are correctly registered and reported for their correct collection.
* Supervise the warehouse and repacking operations and notify General Manager of any irregularities or unusual situations.
* Motivate the team and have good communication.
* Verify the good behavior of all workers and apply the required disciplinary measures when necessary.
* Verify compliance of Food Safety requirements.
* Support Lead meetings in the absence of the GM * Update tools with information required to visualize KPI's and develop action plans required for those not on target.
* Support GM in assigned activities or absence.
* Supervise and verify the correct training and development of forklift drivers, Leads and Repack team members.
* Daily, go through all warehouse areas and generate report on conditions and take action on those that require immediate attention, so as not to affect the audit.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $46,800.
