Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team.
As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing client service plans, managing attendants, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills as well as daily travel in the community.
Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support - Monitor and maintain appropriate service plans - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures - Train and develop new team members - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints - Coordinate shift schedules and assign tasks to team members - Maintain a clean and organized work environment Requirements: - Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in interviewing, training, and developing employees - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Knowledge of administrative tasks such as record keeping and scheduling We offer competitive pay, opportunities for career growth, and a supportive work environment.
