As an Assistant Branch Manager you will be responsible for supporting customers within the community in problem-solving their financial needs, identifying areas of growth, and developing new account relationships while expanding existing ones.
The Assistant Branch Manager will be a key contributor in the success of a Consumer Loan Office.

*Assistant Branch Manager Responsibilities:*
* Develop customer relationships to build new business and maintain store profitability
* Work closely with team members to obtain branch goals successfully
* Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
* Maintain daily office procedures and operations
* Assist team members with new loan processing and payments
* Maintain and balance cash drawer daily
* Perform collections calls on delinquent accounts
* Make daily bank deposits
* Maintain compliance with policies and procedures
* Interact with customers in a positive, energetic, and respectful manner
* The Assistant Branch Manager will help promote all products including Tax Preparation.
