Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the service department - Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Coordinate and schedule service appointments - Supervise and train service technicians - Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies - Develop and implement strategies to increase service department revenue - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication Requirements: - Previous experience in auto service management or a related field - Strong leadership and management skills - Excellent customer service and communication skills - Knowledge of automotive sales and dealership operations - Familiarity with automotive service processes, including tire service, air brake systems, and general vehicle maintenance - Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Proficient computer skills, including experience with service management software - Valid driver's license This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to join our team.
