Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee daily Pool Cleaning and Maintenance and Repair Department.
Office operations, answering the phone , billing, and collecting.
Some site visits might be need to visit with customers on site and make sure work is completed and done properly.
Currently have 6 pool cleaning techs and 3 repair techs.
I manage the routes and work orders with a swimming pool designed apt and the routes are already set up.
The daily operations items are the repairs and service calls.
Following up with customers and techs to bill and order parts as need for different repairs all related to the swimming pool industry.
Must have experience in managing a service route and dealing with working techs in the filed.
This job will require you to go to jobsites at times and work if need and help if techs need help and oversea the job as needed.
Must be responsible and have good attitude.
Must have a clean record and pass a drug test,,, this is a must.
Must be able to call customers and explain service and repair items that are needed.
Some are complete replacement items like pumps, filters, and heater.
My Techs know how to do the repairs looking for some to help manage there work flow, communicate to the customers on what they are needing.
Also bill customers once work is completed and help collect on these repairs.
Also help with end of the month billing for the pool cleaning routes and make sure pools are getting cleaned by the techs and the routes a managed in a efficiently
Maintain office files, records, and documents in an organized manor.
Ordering parts and keeping up with stock items and new installs for new customer build projects.
Ensure phone calls are handled professionally and with proper etiquette, and handle customers with care and understand we are service company and must provide good customer service to our current customers and new ones.
Sale new items when need and sale new swimming pool maintenance contracts for cleanings and on going services.
Must speak English and Spanish well.
My techs ae mostly Spanish speaking
Some basic knowledge in QuickBooks is helpful but not a must, for entering invoices and looking up customers profile and accounts.
Training is available
Must have General Computer Skills, MS Excel, MS Word , MS Outlook.
This is a full time position work hours are from 8:00am to 5:00pm with a 40 hr work week, This is a 80% to 90% office desk job, manger position
Must be willing to learn and take on more roles as they gain experience and multi-task.
The job is fast pace at times and slow at times like any typical successful business.
You will need to multi-task at times
