We are seeking an Assistant Fitness Manager (AFM) The Assistant Fitness Manager: Is responsible for aiding and exceeding club goals, including personal training, small group personal training, supplements and personal sales Owns new member on-boarding and delivering a dynamic, quality fitness experience to all members.
Responsible for total team execution of all company quality assurance standards.
Hires, trains and develops a strong team of Personal Trainers.
Responsible for small group personal training staffing and execution in partnership with key program leaders.
Maintains leadership role as the fitness expert for the club team and members.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Personal Sales Staffing and Development Conduct weekly (or as-needed) meetings with direct reports to review performance and offer direction, motivation, guidance and accountability to exceeding goals and objectives.
Manage the fitness schedule.
Ensures all members have access to a service oriented, well trained, expert fitness team that is able to provide fitness guidance, training and programs.
Ensure that all Personal Trainers are delivering high quality programs to their clients.
Ensure accurate administration of Personal Training including client profiles, progress tracking, and workout programs.
Complete personal training sessions and/or small group training as necessary.
Requirements: Certifications / Education Level High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's Degree preferred Must be CPT certified Current CPR and AED
