Description:
The Assistant Store Manager plays a critical role to assist the store manager in the day to day store operations, customer service and merchandising.
This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and supervise employees.
Other requirements of this position include strong communication skills, an interactive sales approach, keen awareness of loss prevention, maintenance of store cleanliness and appearance, excellent customer service and a positive attitude.

Physical Demands:
Must be able to work 45-52 hours per week, on average.
Stand for long periods of time.
Heavy and repetitive lifting (no more than 50 lbs).
Repetitive wrist movements on the keyboard.
Close vision for PC work.
Able to travel on a consistent basis as needed for meetings.
