Housekeeping Supervisor

Housekeeping Manager Duties: - Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department - Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure a clean and safe environment - Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality standards are met - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and order as needed - Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient guest services - Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Skills: - Strong knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques and practices - Experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting - Proficiency in floor care, including carpet cleaning - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Ability to effectively communicate with staff, guests, and management - Experience in custodial work and general housekeeping tasks - Proven ability to lead and motivate a team - Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness If you have the skills and experience required for this position, we would love to hear from you.
