Shift Manager / Team Leader

Team leader (MANAGEMENT POSITION) As a team leader, you must be motivated, team oriented, friendly, dependable and driven to providing excellent guest service.

Previous restaurant experience is preferred.
A qualified applicant must have good communication skills and have the ability to multi-task.
We are looking for leaders who can motivate others, control costs and build sales.
This position requires you to stand up for an extended period of time and be able to lift fifteen to sixty pounds.
This position also requires you to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists.
You must know how to use a POS system and have basic computer skills.
You may be asked to use applications such as Microsoft Office from time to time.
