We want you to apply now! What you will do in this role: * You will be responsible for day to day supervision of staff and reporting of test results.
* You will be responsible for performing, monitoring and reviewing quality assurance/control on diagnostic testing and for initiating appropriate corrective action on exceptions.
* You will monitor all reports for accuracy and appropriate documentation of abnormal/critical values.
* You will assist with documenting and evaluating performance of MT’s, MLT’s, Phlebotomists and Clerical personnel.
What qualification you will need: * Bachelor degree in Histology is required.
*(ASCP) or equivalent is required.
* Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience preferred.
This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
