Audi San Juan is seeking a high performing Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Service Department.
This individual is responsible for cultivating a positive culture, serving a loyal clientele, maintaining excellent employee relations, managing expenses, as well as setting and maintaining sales and profit objectives.
This role requires satisfaction of any/all customer concerns, and ensures that service is being performed at a level of the highest quality.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
Hire, train, develop, and motivate the service team to achieve key goals.
Develop and monitor budgets for the service department.
Stay up-to-date on product changes, manufacturer training, and new products.
Ensure that all necessary shop equipment is in proper and safe working condition.
Establish promotional service prices.
Ensure that the service department meets all customer satisfaction (CSI) and financial goals.
Ensure proper repair procedures are being used.
Analyze businesses to determine areas of opportunity, and develop action plans to improve performance.
Requirements:
Bilingual in both English and Spanish is required for this position
Ability to set and achieve targeted goals.
Experience and desire to work with technology.
Great attitude with a high-energy level.
Ability to work well in a process driven environment.
Luxury customer service experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep in contact with customers, employees, and vendors.
Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year.
Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.
Schedule:
55 +/- 5 hours per week.
Compensation:
Starting amount of $110,000 a year plus commission based on experience
