While you do not have to be able to write the book on personal injury, you must have experience and be comfortable with the personal injury pre-litigation and litigation process.
This will not be the perfect job for everyone.
If you are not extremely comfortable with cutting-edge technology (Mac’s in particular), want to be micromanaged, do not know what a Stower’s demand or motion for summary judgment is or how to file or serve them, or just like hanging around waiting for directions—we are probably not a good fit.
But if you know your way around technology, are a self-reliant self-starter with intuition, tenacious, honest, communicate well, and exude excellence and integrity, your application process starts now.
You will need to show us that you listen, follow directions, and can get things done.
We value productivity, but we measure productively differently than most.
We do not measure productivity in “how many hours did you work today?” or other conventional so-called measures of “productivity.
” We measure productivity by RESULTS and we focus on one thing and one thing only—getting the best results for our clients.
