Job Description
MasterBrand Cabinets is recruiting for a talented and self-motivated Technical Support Supervisor responsible for leading a team of technical support associates across multiple locations in Texas and Mexico, as well as performing technical support duties for these sites.
Your primary responsibilities will be supporting your team and equipment/applications on the manufacturing floor as well as in office areas.
Experience in wide range of common technologies and Microsoft applications is a must.
A commitment to collaborative problem-solving, excellent communication and documentation, being team oriented, customer service as well as speaking fluent Spanish/English is essential.
Responsibilities: Daily Time Approval/PTO Approval/Time Adjustment Approval for team On-Call Teams – Update weekly schedule/Process on-call compensation.
Communicate with vendors – Dell MX/Kyocera MX/Xerox/TelCel/Telmex/T-Mobile/Bridge Net/NCS/Alestra and Holtmont Project Management – Scope/Time/Deployment and assign team responsibilities.
Team meetings – twice weekly.
Monthly 1:1 meeting with team members.
Assist with site audits/SOX compliance for DT.
Approve CER’s for TX/MX.
Lead team decision making, train, coach and make sure the team has the tools they need.
Hardware requests – Tracking/Receiving/Assign deployment task to appropriate team member.
ERP requests/Terminations and SOX compliance approver.
POC for TX/MX production down situations.
POC for TX timeclocks, resolve issues escalated by site or service desk.
Application support for Solid Works, MP9, MP10, Prisma, Global Trade, TRESS, Intuitive, WMS, CMES, Web Portals, Security Camera application along with other custom and MBC standard apps.
Work with leadership and the shop floor associates on new projects, continuous improvement and communicate established solutions to resolve issues.
Help steer the direction away from band-aid solutions in favor of the correct or MBC standard solution.
POC for network performance issues, applications issues.
POC for common questions – “How do I”, Ticket requirements and present solutions using MBC standards and procedures.
Qualifications: ·Ability to work in a manufacturing environment, conditions will be hot, humid, dusty and will require extensive walking as well as lifting/carrying printers, desktops, TV’s and assorted IT related equipment.
·Fluent Spanish/English speaking.
·Previous leadership experience.
·Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems.
·Proficient in Microsoft applications – Office 365 suite, Teams, OneDrive, etc.

·Knowledge of technology devices in general – laser printers, thermal printers, mobile computers, laptops, desktops, etc… ·Excellent troubleshooting skills.
Skills and Abilities: ·Ability to motivate, lead and positively influence team members.
·Strong, troubleshooting, interpersonal, organization and documentation skills.
·Strong focus on customer service.
·Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact and build trust across all levels of the organization.
