Job Description
Villa Homes has an immediate opening for an entry-level Construction Runner.
We rely on our Runner to provide support to our production workers, communicate with job site supervisors and transport supplies needed.
The Runner will also be asked to do a variety of other tasks as the need arises.
Applicants must have current Driver's License & clean DMV record.
*Duties and Responsibilities include the following:*
Deliver materials and equipment to/from job sites and facility in a safe manner.
Assist crews in loading materials as needed.
Retain, code, and deliver materials and equipment receipts to supervisor daily.
Maintain company assets and resources in a safe and caring manner.
Serve as a General Construction Crew Member as needed.
Operate all company vehicles and equipment in a safe manner according to company policy.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
*Requirements:*
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to lift 40lbs.
over head while standing
Physically & mentally able to climb ladders, 20 feet
Open availability is required
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Willingness to complete a criminal background, drug screen and physical
