_*Municipal Groundskeeper*_

Must have a decent back ground and be able to pass drug test.
Duties
- Perform general maintenance and upkeep of the grounds, including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance the overall appearance of the property.
- Operate and maintain various hand tools and power equipment necessary for landscaping and lawn care.
- Remove debris, leaves, and other materials from walkways, driveways, and common areas.
- Ensure proper irrigation and watering of plants to promote healthy growth.
- Assist with the installation of new landscaping features or improvements as needed.
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping preferred.
- Knowledge of different plants, flowers, and trees commonly found in gardens.
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining hand tools and power equipment used in landscaping.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure the grounds are well-maintained and visually appealing.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned duties.
