Plumber

Responsibilities: - Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings - Perform routine inspections of plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues - Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper installation of plumbing systems in new construction projects - Respond to service calls and troubleshoot plumbing problems - Remodel bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas requiring plumbing updates - Use hand tools and power tools to complete plumbing tasks - Thread pipes and connect fittings to ensure proper flow of water and waste - Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters and HVAC technicians, on construction projects Requirements: - Proven experience as a plumber or in a similar role - Proficient in using hand tools and power tools - Knowledge of pipe threading techniques and pipefitting principles - Basic math skills for measuring and calculating pipe lengths and angles - Familiarity with construction plumbing codes and regulations - Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings - Valid driver's license for commercial driving purposes Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
