Process customer policy change requests.
Document each customer contact in agency management system.
Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
Ask each customer for referrals.
Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
Responds to all inquiries within specified timeframe.
Requirements Prior experience in auto and home insurance sales a must.
Must have or be able to obtain a Texas P&C Insurance License.
Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
Must be highly self-motivated.
Great Customer Service Skills.
Punctuality a must.
Bilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is a must.
