Job Description Job Title: Business Sales Lead Reports to: Director, Business Sales Department: Business Services FLSA Status: Exempt *must be bilingual in English and Spanish Summary: The Business Sales Lead is responsible for the field training and field supervision of the Business Sales Executives.
In this role, the Business Sales Lead will also execute on the day-to-day leadership and accountability of business sales team, while performing as an individual contributor and will represent the team both internally and externally in this capacity.
Duties and Responsibilities: Effective leadership of a group of Business Account Executives.
Responsible for sales team matrix reporting and accountability.
Have a clear understanding of the Vexus Sales Methodology.
Effectively maintain a team quota.
Effectively coach Business Account Executives to the Vexus Sales Methodology in the field.
Cold calling servable prospects and maintaining an individual contributor quota.
Local Subject Mater Expert (SME) for Vexus Products.
Work effectively with the Operation Team and Business Account Executives to maintain Vexus order entry standards.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years equivalent job experience in the telecommunications industry is preferred with 5+ years of successful sales experience.
Experience/Skills Needed: 5+ years of direct supervision or lead experience.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills both written and verbal.
Ability to communicate effectively with all internal depts and with external customers.
Ability to travel and present to customers, as required.
Exceptional relationship building skills.
Customer focused attitude coupled with strong business acumen.
Strong team player, ethics and willingness to help others (internal and external).
Ability to manage multiple issues at one time across departments.
Must be self-motivated and results-driven, as demonstrated by previous work experience.
Must possess the ability to analyze and solve problems arising through customer interaction.
Computer Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to use and or learn Saleforce.
