JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
The real estate office manager reports directly to Director of Real Estate Services who is also responsible for the following TuCasa Investment, Inc.
entities (Framework Homes, LLC; Neighborhood Alliance Management, LLC, Esperanza Real Estate RGV, LLC).
To assist Director of Real Estate Services in tasks related to the planning, implementation and development, and administration including, but not limited to, handling daily operations, producing, and updating MLS listings to track real estate sales, supporting the marketing team, organizing filing systems, and assisting with contracts.
Also responsible for coordinating with the AHSTI accounting team to complete basic bookkeeping tasks for all entities.

Support the duties of the Director of Real Estate Services Assist in the identification and research of sites suitable for acquisition and development.
Produce and update new MLS listings and assist with marketing to ensure social media, photos, signs, and other materials are placed appropriately Provide assistance to realtors when needed Schedule team appointments, events, and training courses for agents Assist in the coordination of all environmental reviews, reports and correspondence.
Purchase office supplies as need and maintain office equipment.
Assist in the preparation of funding proposals, contracts and reports.
Assist with monitoring and analyzing construction budgets and schedules in coordination with consultants and staff.
Organize filing systems and, when needed, help other real estate team members with contracts, such as title exams, title sheets, executing commissions, and coordinating buyer and seller information Represent the agency and to interact with all outside entities and regulatory agencies in a professional manner.
Be available to assist with Open Houses when needed including weekends Assist with customer requests or inquires for Framework Homes Assist Property Manager with the sales pipeline on new homes customers Coordinate with marketing and social media team to prepare flyers, latest news, etc.
Assist with showings of rentals and viewings of new homes specs Competencies 1 Conflict Management 2.

Interpersonal Skills Supervisory Responsibility This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The employee frequently will be exposed to outside weather conditions inclusive of rain, heat and humid conditions.
Noise level in work environment is usually high.
It is frequently required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but the employee must be available during the “core” work hours of the organization, including Saturday rotations, and is expected to work a minimum of 40 hours each week.
Travel Occasional travel outside of area related to training may be required of this position.
Required Education / Certification and Experience Bachelor’s Degree (B.
A.
) from a four-year college or university; or related experience and/or training in land development, home construction and Real Estate marketing; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
2-3 years’ experience in real estate practices and procedures Relevant Licenses/Certifications Valid Texas Driver’s License required.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications Bilingual (English/Spanish) Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with real estate/leasing software programs or modules Work Authorization/Security Clearance None.
