Retail sales REPRESENTATIVE RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include achieving sales goals, providing excellent customer service, and establishing positive customer relationships.
Process daily inventory through the company point of sales (POS) system.
Understand POS software and process different forms of payment.
Partner with phone representatives to learn about their products to increase sales.
Provide customer technical assistance including setting up newly purchased devices, help troubleshoot wireless device issues and teach customers how to operate and navigate their new phone.
Deliver consistently strong results in identifying and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities to advance corporate marketing campaigns and effectively increase revenue streams.
Create upselling and bundling strategies to maximize profits, working specifically with new promotional offers.
