Objective: To support Marketing Team by assisting with the planning and execution of marketing, branding, and advertising strategies.
This position helps drive sales for the Company by staying up to date with the latest market and industry trends, analyzing sales forecasts, and handling the logistics for marketing campaigns and events.
This position also supports and assists Restaurant teams by providing them with information regarding marketing campaigns and helping them better understand a brand’s voice.
This position has a wide range of duties and responsibilities that require a variety of skill sets.
As the job largely involves working with people, the prospect should ideally have excellent interpersonal skills and should cultivate good relationships with clients, colleagues, Restaurant Managers, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have various prerequisite skills that typically include:
• Excellent copywriting skills to get a brand’s message across.
• Creativity to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
• Excellent communication skills to convey innovative ideas and gauge the needs of customers.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret information and make recommendations for improved results.
• Excellent in relevant software programs, including word processing, database, graphic designing applications, and Adobe.
• Solid project management skills, as these professionals often have multiple projects running at the same time.
• Knowledge of camera use and pictures.
Be able to participate in content creation sessions.
Duties and responsibilities:
• Does market research, analyzes forecasts, and performs a competitive analysis of complaints and star level of restaurants on Social Media and specialized websites (Yelp, TripAdvisor, etc).
• Supports the development and execution of the Company’s marketing and branding strategies.
• Actively takes part in marketing campaigns and organizes meetings and conferences.
• Develops original copy for social media platforms, websites, and printed advertising materials.
• Understands brand guidelines and consistently implement the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials.
• Monitors marketing industry news and submits reports on emerging trends to management.
• Informs the Restaurant teams about campaign objectives and deliverables.
• Works with the external graphic design team to help deliver content that meets Restaurant/Brand/Company’s specifications.
• Supports internal communication campaigns to effectively distribute key information.
