We are looking for a social and people-oriented Sales Associate to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be outgoing, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to think on their feet.
Our Sales Associates are responsible for connecting with customers, helping them find the right product, providing product information, and assisting with sales transactions.
Responsibilities:
- Positively interact with all customers that visit the store.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Assist customers in finding products and make appropriate recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
- Maintain knowledge of current anime trends, popular shows, and merchandise to effectively communicate with customers and answer their inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized store and storage environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit cards, and other payment methods.
- Ensure the store's merchandise displays are well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals and create a positive work environment.
- Participate in store events and promotions to drive customer engagement and meet sales targets.
