*Sales Support Representative Duties & Responsibilities:*
* Generate leads in a given territory to increase customer outreach and drive sales
* Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring thorough understanding and satisfaction
* Skillfully address and overcome customer objections with a positive attitude, fostering trust and confidence in our clients’ products and services
* Evaluate data and create sales reports in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
* Provide direct feedback to the Sales Manager regarding customer experiences and suggestions, contributing to the refinement of sales tactics and enhancing customer retention strategies
* Actively participate in daily meetings aimed at honing sales techniques, enhancing customer service skills, and fostering leadership development within the team
*Our Sales Support Representative will receive hands-on training in the following areas:*

*Sales Support Representative Requirements:*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or retail environment is preferred
* Ability to negotiate and overturn objections
* Comfortable public speaking and presenting information to customers
* Commitment to delivering top-tier customer service at all times
* Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our office location
