Roles and Responsibilities: · Process Perfect Report for save a deal meeting daily.
o Appointment Closing % o Internet Closing % o Phone Closing % o Fresh Up Closing % o Store Visit Closing % o BDC Sales Tracking.
o Daily Appt/Sold goals.
· Training: o Phone Skills (Tuesday).
o CRM Training (Wednesday).
· Update DMS with previous day BDC Sales.
o Internet Rep Appointments.
o BDC Director Appointments.
o BDC Director Confirmation of Sales Staff Appointments.
o If customer visit without an appointment they must ask for the BDC Manager or Internet Rep.
Customer must also have a valid reason such as they received an eBlast, viewed ad on Facebook, received a phone call from dealership.
· Update CRM Prospects.
o Previous Day Sources.
o Previous Day Tracking Codes.
o Merge previous day Duplicate Clients.
o Update Unknown and Uncategorized prospects in ROI report.
· Phone Call Responsibilities.
o Call Save a Deal Customers (create be backs).
o Call previous day Appointment No Shows.
o Confirm Current day Appointments.
· Sales Staff.
o Set two appointments per day.
o Complete all daily tasks.
o Complete Daily Checkout Report with sales staff at 6 pm.
· Internet Sales.
o Desk all digital retailing leads.
o Work with sales tower to finalize deal.
o Assign Sales Person to take over once the DR customer arrives.
o Manage paperwork and shipping on offsite deliveries.
o Manage Internet Reps Email Lead production.
§ Email Response time and quality check.
§ Call Volume.
§ Set Appointment %.
§ Shown Appointment %.
§ Internet Sold %.
o Manage Internet Reps Phone Lead productions.
§ Listen to phone calls and give feedback.
§ Set Appointment %.
§ Shown Appointment %.
§ Phone Sold %.
