The Space:
The Space: The apartment is on the first floor of 6.
It's a 3 bedroom unit, has hardwood floors, eclectic decor, cozy furnishings, and a full bathroom that will be.
A space will be provided in the refrigerator and you’ll have a shelf in the cupboard for your dried goods.
There is a sweet, rambunctious medium sized dog also in residence.
Cats are accepted case by case; every situation is different so feel free to reach out and share details.
The building is secured with a passcode/ optional facial recognition/ and key.
There is a laundry room and gym in the basement and a quiet courtyard.
The Room: I'll be hosting you in my fully furnished room, which includes a twin bed, a dresser, a desk, a closet with hangers, a Roku TV into which you can plug all of your streamers, a record player, a DVD player, a fully stocked bookcase (which you are welcome to browse through), and a building-controlled heater.
The fire escape is fully accessible from my room.
There is still room in the apartment.
