The apartment is fully furnished and only a full size bed and mattress are already in the bedroom for you.
The apartment is extremely clean, organized and we keep it that way on the regular.
There is no smoking, or drugs allowed in the apartment or in the bedroom.
All utilities including internet and washer/dryer in the apartment are included in the price.
We even have a garage in order to store some small items such as boxes.
Asking $470 a month all included.
Looking to do a sublet agreement that is 3 months long and can renew every 3 months, nothing long term.
Looking to rent out April 1st, but able to possible rent a few days before.
