I am posting this for someone who lives in McAllen, TX!!! It's a bedroom with a private bath and a very large closet.
It has to be someone who doesn't smoke, and he's got two dogs and a cat, so he can't have someone with a pet.
Short or long-term, beginning Nov.

He's got college age and high school age daughters who visit occasionally, so he doesn't want to rent to a guy.
You'd have full use of the house, washer/dryer in the basement, internet, mini fridge in the room (there's more fridge space, but this is convenient) and 3 roomy dressers and a queen size bed.
