Looking for someone who is responsible, clean and knows when to clean up after themselves.
No parking included but there are 4 spots in the back that are first come first serve.
Street parking isn't a problem either.
Rent is $1180.
Bills are due on the 15th and will be roughly around $110 each.
This includes, internet, electric, gas and common shared neccesities like toilet paper (I'm responsible for buying everything) I'm 39 work two jobs and not home much.
Not interested in someone who works from home.
