I am renting a clean furnished room in my house located in a safe friendly neighborhood, with basic utilities included, and the bathroom to share with one other roommate that keeps the bathroom clean every day, it is expected the same for the new roommate.
The parking is in front of the house on the street, we are in a cul-d-sac block.
Very important no smoke, no alcohol, no drugs and no bad words.
The room is for one person only with no night guest.
The house is clean and ordered and we ask the same from our roommate to keep his/her area clean.
Please be advised that you can use the kitchen for light meals only and you need to bring your utensils, pots, and everything you need for your meals and, clean after your usage.
To move in we
ask for two references and a security deposit.
The home is in a neighborhood with very close access to shopping centers, grocery stores, banks, and restaurants.
It is minutes from I-25[Northgate Blvd exit], Highway 83, Powers Blvd, and the Air Force Academy.
The basement has one large bedroom [12x14], a full private kitchen w/ walk-in pantry, private full bath with brand new tile shower (same bathroom as blue tile, new tile is the gray wood look in picture), linen closet, storage space, and very large [21x21] living room.
The shared laundry room is on the main floor and has top of the line LG steam appliances.
The home has driveway parking for several cars available.
The rear patio has a large Weber grill and the home has amazing views of the front range and Air Force Academy.
The basement additionally has its own independent Google Nest controlled heating system and the living room is prewired for surround sound.

We are looking for a renter who wants a comfortable, quiet, and safe place to live that respects privacy.
The common areas need to stay neat and clean.
We have a 1 year old Boxer dog who is friendly and full of energy.
Our previous renter lived with us for 2 years and became like family and we are happy to provide references of past tenants.
This cost includes ALL utilities (power, water, gas, high speed internet, satellite tv, cable box, Netflix, HBO Max, Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Paramount+, and ESPN+).
On-site landlord is also a handyman and will fix any issues immediately.
Access to all of the amenities of the home are included.
We cannot accept additional pets, smokers, or drug use.
Because the house is shared, females are preferred, but not required.
