We are renting our old family home, ideally to young women studying at UTRGV.
The house is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood just 10 min.
from UTRGV (we're right off Bryan and 107).
- Huge back yard (with privacy fence) - Bar in the back (we call it the Tiki, lots of fun parties were had here!) - Front Porch parking - Safe neighborhood - Washer/Dryer included - a/c - Tenants responsible for utilities, including wifi RENT: $600 per room (one shared bathroom), $700 for master bedroom (has it's own bathroom)
