It is just one bedroom for one person, not the entire house.

I am male, and I work in UTRGV.
I speak English and cannot speak Spanish.

I only need your driver's license and workplace or school information.

There is a security deposit of $800.
The price doesn’t include utilities.
We can share the electricity, water, garbage, and WiFi (a total of around $90 per person).

If there is no damage and the room is clean, you will get the deposit back.
The minimum term is 5 months.
After that, you can move out at any time.
I expect 30 days' notification in advance.

The community is very safe and quiet.
There are Walmart, H-E-B, Edinburg Municipal Park, and other stores in 5 mins.
It is an 11 min drive to UTRGV.
