Your room, priced at $450, is the front one with windows facing the front and side, painted concrete floors, and easy access to shared spaces like the kitchen, bath, and laundry.
The house boasts two kitchens with dishwashers, two laundry rooms with washer/dryer, and a huge backyard for everyone to enjoy.
As part of our diverse and friendly community, you'll be living with health care workers, chefs, techies, artists, and musicians all with a laid-back vibe.
Currently, we have an opening, and we welcome anyone to join us.
The majority of the place is furnished, except for your room, which you can personalize.
The unique features include a spiral staircase leading to a shared loft area, decks on the second and third stories, and convenient proximity.
Our only request is no drama; we're looking for easygoing individuals.
In addition to the $450 rent, you'll share expenses for PG&E, water, and cable/internet.
The move-in requires the first month's rent and a one-month deposit.
We prefer no prior evictions.
While we currently have cats living upstairs, we've decided against adding more pets.
