The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive repair and maintenance, possess strong technical skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality service to our customers.
\*\*Duties:\*\* - Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on a variety of vehicles.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of all services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
\*\*Skills:\*\* - Proficiency in automotive repair and maintenance techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification from an accredited automotive program or equivalent experience.
Nice-to-have Skills: - Knowledge of retail math for pricing services.
- Familiarity with automotive software for diagnostics.
- Ability to negotiate with customers on repair costs.
- Experience in cold calling or outside sales for potential clients.
- Bilingual proficiency to assist a diverse customer base.
- Understanding of sales techniques to upsell services.
- Phone etiquette for clear communication with customers.
- Previous experience in retail sales within the automotive industry.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,200.
00 - $15,000.
