Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Greet customers and provide them with excellent customer service · Receive inventory and inspect it for any damages · Discard all expired items according to company policy and place near expiry ones on special promotions · Organize merchandise on shelves and restock them when they become empty · Perform routine inventory counts and submit reports to Inventory Clerk · Perform stocking duties such as lifting, rotating products, and facing out · Process customer orders and oversee timely product deliveries · Supervise cleanliness and maintenance duties around the grocery section · Receive grocery items delivery and confirm the accuracy of both order and invoice · Oversee daily price changes and manage register as required · Inform customer of WIC benefits and ensure that he/she receives all benefits from their WIC card · Upsell to customers through recommendations · Answer incoming phone calls from both the Office and customers Apply at: Siempre Grocery - Application Form (jotform.
